Highlights: Central air, private English garden and gazebo, updated eat-in kitchen, mud room, bar area, and new 1st floor bathroom. House is located on Shaker Mill Pond with dock access. Perfect for a family vacation getaway with lots of space for people to come together or to have their own space. Large sunroom off kitchen has great views of the water. Large multi tiered deck off sunroom is great for relaxing and entertaining. In addition, there is a separate living room with lots of space.
